If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at sales1@kandmofficesuppliers.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
- Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exceptions: Please note that certain items may not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, personalized items, opened software, and perishable goods. Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
